Our team were commissioned to undertake the indoor air quality assessment in support of the BREEAM assessment for a new purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development.
Project Outline
Production of an Indoor Air Quality Plan to support the development’s BREEAM application. The development comprised of a 350 unit purpose built student accommodation building.
Our Role
Our team provided indoor air quality expert support for the requirements of HEA02 for the BREEAM application. This included incorporating a package of measures into the design and operation of the building to minimise indoor air quality for future students and other users.
