Our team were commissioned to undertake a technical review of a previous air quality assessment for the development and subsequently produce an indoor air quality strategy and provide expert advice.
Project Outline
Our team completed a technical review of another consultancy’s air quality assessment for the planning application and provided robust details to address all concerns identified. Our team then produced an Indoor Air Quality Strategy to inform the design of the development, and provide recommendations to help minimise exposure of future occupants.

As part of this project, our team created a risk assessment approach for assessing indoor air quality. This approach later became the basis of the assessment methodology set out in the IAQM indoor air quality guidance.
