Indoor air quality: Digital ethnographic research

Working with ClearView Research, our team have been developing a better understanding of how indoor air pollution affects people’s health.

Indoor Air Quality Research

Our team were commissioned to undertake the indoor air quality monitoring  of indoor pollutants and data analysis in partnership with Clear View Research and Urban Health. Data collation and analysis of data from participants houses was performed, providing insights into how behaviours can affect indoor air pollution.

Project Outline

Our project team investigated 33 homes across Lambeth and Southwark, looking at particulate matter, total volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide. The study ran for a two week period in each participants home, collecting data on a continuous monitor.

Our Role

The team analysed data provided and provided real time information to participants in order to receive the best data for the project duration. The post study analysis included in-depth analysis and reporting of all pollutants and reported behaviours.
