HEA 02 BREEAM support
Our team were commissioned to undertake the indoor air quality assessment in support of the BREEAM assessment for an office refurbishment.
Project Outline
An Indoor Air Quality Plan was provided for the refurbishment of the Priestley Centre, Guildford, to satisfy the pre-requisite requirements of BREEAM HEA 02.
Our Role
As indoor air quality experts, who produced the risk assessment approach set out in the IAQM indoor air quality guidance, our team completed a robust assessment of indoor air quality for the development and produced a plan setting out clear measures to minimise air pollution effects upon future users of the development.
